Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Utility bills are due on the 15th of every month. If that date falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the following Monday.
Shut-off's for non-pay are on the 25th of every month. If that date falls on a Friday, weekend or holiday, shut-off's will occur the following Monday.
*The fee for disconnection is $25.00. Each time you are on the shut-off list, the fee increases by
$25.00. To have service restored you must pay the full balance owed, plus the disconnection fee. *
